Now more complicated procedures required. (So they say) The staff in front office do not care what it costs. They do not care if you come back or not. Now they just want the fees!

Compassionate, quality care

I’ve been a patient at this location for many years. The former dentist (Dr. Joe Klochak) was and is a friend of mine. He was great! When he retired the new couple came aboard (Dr. Kanna and Dr. Sam.) Of course I was apprehensive as can be expected. I see the same hygienist for cleaning care, both hygenist are awesome!! But the fillings and other procedures are now being done by the new Doctors. I recently had a broken tooth repaired by Dr. Khanna (and Cassie, her assistant) Dr. Khanna had done a previous filling. She did an excellent job then too. Didn’t feel a thing! This time was no different, numbed me up and before I knew we were done. They are thorough, expedient, professional and so kind and compassionate. They worked up a plan for me to have the rest of the work done that I need. Dr. Khanna checked me over very well discussed my care options. After being apprehensive I must say this team has gone above and beyond in my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for kind, professional, competent, conscientious dental care. Thanks so much to Dr. Khanna and Cassie ( and the staff folks too) for taking such good care of me!

Poor Bedside Manners

Hampton Dental Center use the city name. One wood think that business who share the city name would reflect how good Hampton, the All American City, a place where citizens want to live. However, Hampton Dental Center does not have good bedside manners, when it comes to serving it consumers. Consumers should not be disconnect while speaking.

Worst experience of my life

Do not go here they do not care about the patients they only care to bill services to ur insurance and not provide the services they billed and u will have no choice but to have to go somewhere else to obtain the services because they won’t reschedule u for the services that u had a appointment for but refused to do and then they bill ur insurance for the services they never provided and lie to the insurance company so u have to report them to the national insurance crime department for fraud

Root canal

About a month ago I had a root canal done. There was absolutely no pain, before I knew it, she was done. Today I came in for my permanent crown. Was in and out in about 30 minutes. The temporary crown felt like it was a permanent crown. They are wonderful with their patients. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone who has a fear of going to the dentist. They make you feel so relaxed. Brandie was also great.
